A very serviceable, but temporary ramp...

From October 7 to December 9, a ramp constructed over the unexcavated part of the original basement gave us access to the back yard for tree removal, installation of the holding tank for the sewer, removal of debris and pipes from the demolition of the old pump house, and cleaning the well and preparing it for use as our domestic well. In this photo you can see the preserved oak on the left and the pump house is the small green building barely visible left of center in the picture.
