Tour and open house (first of many!)

We are getting very excited about this week's project tour and open house! We'll be checking out this highly sustainable single family home currently being constructed by Morrissey Builders in Lake Elmo, Minnesota.

This site was selected to participate in the state's Made In Minnesota (MiM) Solar Incentive Program and the PV panels are now in place on the roof. This energy efficient residence is expected to receive five third-party certifications: LEED for Homes, Minnesota GreenStar, ENERGY STAR, Indoor AirPLUS, and Zero Energy Ready Home.
